2019 Audi RS5 had an oil leak. Shop determined it was a rear main seal. The worked with my warranty company and completed the repairs. Also replaced oil filter housing and seals as preventative maintenace at no cost. My Service Advisor Oscar did his best to keep me informed of the process the whole way through.

It was extremely difficult getting an appointment as it kept going to automated messages or voicemails. The service provider, Sam was very helpful once I got there, but they did an update without letting me know (it was a recall) which caused me to have to wait for a reset as one of the other service providers was rude and unhelpful.

Great customer service from Ray. He balanced multiple customers with service and parts inquiries. We were able to drop off, go walk about the Strip for a while and come back to a vehicle ready for pickup. It has been several years since I've had an Audi, but you picked up like there wasn't a break in service.

I have two issues, a safety system malfunction message and a faulty left side camera. They solved the malfunction message quickly with a video explaining everything and ordered the camera which arrived in 2 days. Efficient! Ive made another appointment to install the camera.

Much self-importance of "managers", not much expertise/knowledge on part of the salesman, decent and orderly Finance manager who, however, fixed me up with a car loan with a very high interest rate (3% higher than the highest rate of my credit union) - even though my FIOS rating is in the "very good" range. Only went in for an inspection at 830am. Called at 2pm and was told it may not be done so I would've had no ride home. Relayed that and impressed I needed it. Walked 2 miles and arrived at 430pm to get the car and it still wasn't done until 445am. Theme with audi dealers. Service guy was nice I guess

Service was good, problem was fixed however the service paperwork stated the Adblue solution was filled and it was not; it was empty and I had to fill it. Also the inside of the car was left dirty with grease stains from the techs boots and hands. Neither a big deal but car was in for adblue module and you would think they would have filled it - not what youd expect from a high end manufacturer like Audi.

Scheduled 2 weeks in advance Showed up and they had me scheduled at a different location 40 miles away. Asked me to come back within the hour and still waited another 2.5 hours! Just for an oil change! Poor lady at the front desk had to also wash cars! Facility looked understaffed. Have me a $25.00 discount. Shouldve been at least $50.00 discount
