Excellent service from the moment I drove in to picking up my car when service was complete. The only glitch occurred when I signed up for service through the Audi App. Somehow the service department did not have my appointment, but took the car anyway.

Audi brake replacements are expensive but worth the cost when a sudden stop is needed! I can always trust the service department at Bob Moore Audi to do a great job whenever my A8 needs service; and I really appreciate the knowledge and friendliness of the service technicians. I feel like family.

My service rep Kyle was awesome. But I was charged for service I was previously advised that I would not be and there was nothing I could do about it. Not was there nothing my service rep Kyle said he could do about it because another associate placed the charges & who I spoke with. She was not present the day I came to get my car. My was also not detail.

I always receive a warm, friendly greeting and my Audi receives excellent care. Complimentary car wash, loaner vehicle and technician picking up vehicle are all tremendous pluses; these definitely off set the slightly higher cost for service at Audi Service Center. Thanks
