I had to reach out myself, and the pickup was late. Gavin, who did pick me up, was kind and helpful, but that wasn't his responsibility. I am specifically dissatisfied with Spencer's lack of care and would not want to rely on him again.

North Shore is best in Milwaukee area - skip the other dealership which skips requested service items. This North Shore location updated records, has excellent techs and reps and are well dressed (thank you)...but they charge a fee for using a charge card which is poor taste and a third world country move. Knock it off.

North Shore was great and tried their best fixing the issue with my headlight. It finally had to go to an Audi dealership. I am positive North Shore would have fixed the issue, but the insurance company was the problem. I would absolutely use North Shore again they were professional and went to bat for us.

I had to take my car back several times and they tried to keep charging me fees for issues I believe they were damaging intentionally. The manager is horrible and they aren't experts. I took my vehicle to Audi Milwaukee in West Allis to get it fixed. It is now fixed and running as designed. Avoid this dealership for service. They aren't to be trusted. Audi Corporate wasn't any help in addressing the matter either.

They are very professional. I was dealing with one person, wasn't there when I arrived (had a day off) the person who helped me called the person I was dealing with he helped me out. The next day the original person took care of us. The second man didn't even attempt to make the deal that right there is honesty.

I reviewed the video of the Master Technician that diagnoised your vehicle and provided you with the video. Nowhere in the video does the tech laugh or make light of the your situation. The video was well done and very descriptive with evidence of how he came to his recommendation. If you would like to stop in and review the video with me, I would be more than willing to do that.
