The service was great, the service center is comfortable, the prices are way too high. My total parts cost was ~$100 and the labor was-$300! three times as much. Most service centers charge equal parts and labor costs especially for a simple oil change service.

Had to wait over a week to get my car fixed.did't offer a rental until the car was there a week.
They did deduct $500.00 off the bill which was over $7,000.00!
I was very disappointed over the way the service was taken care of. I love my Q5. Have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.

You can tell them exactly what you want and do not want and they obviously do NOT care what you (the customer) has to say cause they did complete OPPOSITE of what i requested. It will always be true, Dealerships just want to make money off of us and try to sell ANYTHING just to get a buck! Untrustworthy a** people!! Don't go here unless you're ready to spend money you weren't expecting to.

We had to wait over an hour to speak with the financing person; there were only two people working in financing on a Saturday but they had sixteen sales people on the floor.

I liked the quick availability of an appointment and the prompt assistance when I arrived to get my service handled. I did not like that I was told it is suggested I get an alignment when I had just gotten it last year in 2024. Had I not checked my records from last year, I would have gone along with the alignment, paying out money I really didn't need to.
