Diagnostic performed. The amount of repairs was alarming and I could not get a response from my consultant, calling 4 times and sending 2 texts, to try and discuss. One recommendation was to rebalance and rotate the tires. Fact: I just purchased the tires and had balanced and mounted only one month before. Why was this recommended? Based on this alone, I question the validity of the other recommended service and repairs.

I was told by the dealer that the car had no leaks. When I did my Post purchase inspection the Oil filter housing was in fact leaking. The dealer offered no assistance in getting repair completed. I had to spend over 2000.00 to get the vehicle fixed less than 10 days after purchase.

They provided excellent service and replacing my rear brakes and rotors. They even allowed me to take a look at the rotors to give me a visual on how they are wearing so I can make a more informed decision on what to do next. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. I love my sales rep. She was very nice and understanding and did everything to help me as much as she could. The one thing that I normally get that I didn't get was my car washed and vacuumed.I don't know if it's a new policy now that they don't do it unless you request it but outside of that everything is fine.

Service visit was for an engine oil & filter change on our 2015 SQ5 and our Service Consultant Roy was great (as always) in setting it at a time convenient for us (we live 100 miles North of Audi North Atlanta). The oil change service was done neatly and cleanly by our Tech Cody and his thorough inspection also revealed some decay of the front suspension bushings, which will need to be replaced soon. Great service visit!
