The service department has a "can do" attitude and tries hard to satisfy the needs of the customer each and every time. After a small miscommunication, assistant service manager, Jordan Cooper, rode to the rescue and personally delivered my car after it had been repaired.

The entire staff is very congenial and polite. After having my car for 3 days, I got it back exhibiting the same problem. That problem was resolved promptly upon returning it to the shop. I was very disenchanted at not being offered a loaner car while my vehicle was in the shop. I inquired about it, but was told no loaner cars were available.

I received a video of the walkthrough and then a comprehensive quote for services needed. I was able to accept or decline via text message which made the process easy. The car was ready within the time frame I was quoted. I would highly recommend Audi New Orleans service department.

Always an issue at this service department. Tried to give my car back to me with lights still on my dash. They finally put me in a loaner after they could not find out what the issue was. This is the last time I will deal with them as I traded in the car. Way too many issues for a luxury car and half because of this dealership.

This is our second Audi Q series that we've taken to the Audi of New Orleans. The reception area is open and airy, the waiting room is more sociable than a medical office, and the showroom is invitingtop-of-the-line. Our service rep, Jordan, always accommodates our service needs, and I have yet to take the car back because of a failure to repair the problem.

Scratches on my rear cup holders that were not there before my vehicle was serviced. When I brought it to Mr Guillermo's attention, he said the scratches were minor and were probably caused from the seat belt. However, the third row seats were never used. So, make sure you inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving this dealership. And, take pictures before dropping your vehicle off for service.
