I don't know where to start! Aimee, Jeff and Michael are the most beautiful people I have come across. My experience at Lakeside Toyota was above and beyond my expectations. It took them 5 days to replace my tire. They kept saying it would be the next day, but it ended up being 5 days. No apology. No appreciation for the 5 days I was without a vehicle. Nothing. You'd think that when you invest in a luxury car, they'd keep tires in stock and provide better service.

I brought my car in with 4 perfectly good rims. It was returned to me with one of the caps missing. I have called the dealership several times to get this resolved and no one has yet to reach out. When I bring my car in for service, I expect to receive it back in the same or better condition, not worse. The service at this dealership is getting progressively worse

Service took longer than expected by several days. Front desk chaos on drop off and pick up. There was a wait for both. The service department management has really declined. The waiting area has also declined. Limited snacks that all contain peanuts. Only coffee and water provided. This dealership is no longer a luxury experience.
