The visit was easily scheduled and the dealership sent a text reminder the day before the appointment. Upon arrival the service manager greeted me and promptly took the car to the service department. The car was finished within the estimate time. I also received a multi-point checklist indicating items that needed attention. This is a great improvement at this dealership.

They lied and said my rear brakes were at 3mm and needed to be replaced but i got them checked at Firestone and they said theyre fine at 8mm and that audi has done this before. audi also charged double the price for car diagnostic because they are money hungry.

It was a great experience and the maintenance tech was right on point and very forthcoming. My service tech was very informative as well and will be a great addition to the team as he progresses through his training. He was very interested in my thoughts. Big forget that people are important part of their businesses. Thats why a lot of them fail.
