I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It should've had its oil change during their inspection. We agreed on a price and I found out that they did not change the oil when it was due to be changed and they told me it's because of the deal that we made, which should have nothing to do with the service that should've been performed. So as far as I'm concerned, pretty poor excuse for a vehicle that was well over $45,000.

They conveniently scheduled my tire recall work and completed it relatively quickly. I had them do an oil service. They swapped out my winter tires, and I appreciated that they removed and replace the tires in the car for me. I still have trouble with the $200 for sm oil change.but that is the going rate at dealers. As a result, I use an independent German car shop for a routine maintenance.
