When I scheduled this service I told them I had to have the car back by 4 PM and would schedule a different day if that was not possible. They told me 4 PM was not a problem and then didn't come through as promised. Lost trust is difficult to restore.

I have a continuing problem with the MMI in the car. It frequently freezes or goes blank. It won't restart without a system reset, or two. I have complained several times about this and get no where. They say Audi USA is aware and a fix is expected in the next 3 months! Terrible service to a long time customer.

Service was good. Prices were ridiculous for an oil change, state inspection and wipes blades replacement shouldn't cost $ 350
The cost alone to change wiper blades was $ 95.00
