Twice now I've received service from this shop and had to return within less than a year for the exact same fix. In both instances, the work they performed previously was not guaranteed, and I was asked to pay again. Ridiculous considering they're twice as expensive as other shops that work on German cars, but are not specifically "Audi" shops.

I scheduled my 40,000 mile appointment online. Received confirmation by email. Their team was ready when I arrived. The technician sent me a video explaining the inspections he did together with recommendations. The service was completed on time. Excellent service and staff made me feel welcome.

Michael and team at the Audi service center were terrific. Car was in for a minor recall issue. Their attention to detail uncovered a leaking t-stat, thereby preventing a possibly bigger problem literally down the road. Best of all it was all under warranty. Communication was constant and the loaner car kept me going until I could pick up my car on day two.

Price quoted us for 55,000 mile service turned out to be $200+ more than the quote; for what we paid (almost $1,000) they didnt even replace our wipers that were in need of being replaced; then they transposed two numbers and charged us $36 more than they should have. Going to try another Audi dealer.
