The staff were courteous and respectful. The test drive had a mixture of driving opportunities (highway, traffic, city, etc ...) with a variety of road surfaces, which was all good. Unfortunately the car itself was not optimal.The after test drive was a bit aggressive in terms of salesmanship but certainly not over the top and overall a good experience.

They told me They checked for everything and changed the oil, took several hours and I They were going to send me home on a Uber about 25 miles one way and leave me without transportation on my day off, after insisting they gave me a loaner. When I got my car back it was dirty inside and outside not very good service, bmw does a better job while dealing with customers

Excellent direct communication with quick response and video. There was a very wide gap between their visible on line price and the "final" price which included several expenses they knew from the start that should have included in the online price (like already installed options) and inflated fees. It felt like bait and switch and I was done with them.

They told us it would be $350 to change transmission fluid. When we got there they said oh you have a xxx so it's $850. I ALWAYS feel like they take advantage of us. They also take forever, even with appointment, not very busy we were the only people there. I think they feel if they drag it out it can justify the overcharging.

Brand new car with wiper blades that skipped and stuttered across the windshield. They had been replaced two weeks prior when the new car had to have an alignment (I discovered it was out of alignment as I drove it home for first time). This time, time was taken to make sure the wipers didn't screech and stutter across the windshield. The service manager made certain I would not have to return again -- it is a 55 minute drive.

Unable to diagnose the problem. (This is the 2nd time that has happened at Audi Lakeland.) And then tried to sell me 4 new tires, which were not yet needed and not the reason for my visit. I would NEVER recommend Audi Lakeland. I do not intend for them to receive another dime of my money or my business.
