Generally experience good service when I take my Q5 in for routine maintenance. I used an extended warranty for work 1 year ago and took vehicle in for work and of course something else wallet busting availed itself. It was a bit annoying that there was no documentation that the vehicle has an extended warranty before they pitched the $2000 repair tag. Seems logical to at least ask.

Responsiveness. From drop-off , through the evaluation phase, service phase and pick-up, the service team was very interactive in communicating and explaining the status and progress. When it became clear that the service would require 2 days, they offered a loaner car immediately. At pick-up, they walked me through the full report and services, answered all questions. Very professional service team from start to finish.

The check in process is great. The Customer Service representatives keep you informed. The waiting room is good. Seats that held a coffee cups or a side table in between seats would be great. I get recommendations for service that I have choice to do or defer.

Been a while since I visited due to time restrictions but it was well worth it. Great service, great people, and prompt attention to detail. Was never pressured or oversold on anything for the vehicle. No loaner car was available, but unlimited Lyfts so that worked out well. Highly recommend the service and Ben Robbins makes it easy. Also, if you bring Ben a red Swingline stapler, you might get a cookie.
