I went in for an oil change, which cost a bit more than I'd expected, but thankfully the dealership had a coupon which helped offset some of that expense. In future I will try to have this type of routine maintenance done by another less costly authorized service provider. The service dept personnel at Gwinnett Audi are always very professional.

Although I did not receive the complimentary vacuum/cleaning I was asked about, I had a good experience overall. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my Audi off as soon as the dealership opened at 8 a.m., and I was the first to check in. I got my SUV back before noon.

I like that Service Team always inspects my vehicle with a video recording. They point out what, if any, repair work is required. The Service Rep I use, Mr. Patrick Kang, has been my dedicated point of contact at the Dealership. Service staff is professional & courteous. Concern is that I had a coolant leak two months ago and paid about $1000 to have it fixed. Now here I am getting another coolant leak fixed and they said, "oh these are different wires. All of the wires are old and are going to create problems." I would have appreciated if they would have told me that when I initially brought it in, so I wouldn't keep having to pay additional labor charges.

Going to this dealership for over 5 years, exclusively. Something there has changed over the past couple of years. No return calls. Missing service videos. No follow-up on escalations to management. Completely frustrating, especially when I really used to enjoy having my car serviced here.
