I appreciate how welcoming the staff is, however every time I bring the car for service you seem to find something wrong. An expense that usually goes from $2000 and up to almost $11,000
Issues that I have had with this car long before my warranty was over was never corrected. When warranty was expired then I am told of repairs needed that exceeded $10,500
I am very disappointed and displeased at Audi which is a great car

The quality of the service was excellent, however the price for some of the services performed was unreasonably high. The cost to replace the wipers ($289) and cabin pollen filter ($287) seemed excessive ... and the quote to replace the engine air filter ($434) was also overpriced.

No coordination or efficiency. Couldn't fix the issue after diagnosing the entire day. On the follow up appointment they cancelled the loaner car 12 hours before the appointment. I've reached out multiple times to reschedule and haven't heard from anyone.

I presented an Audi printout stating my service maintenance contract was still in force. The service advisor and the service manager told me it has expired and wasn't covered. Also the car was not returned cleaned and washed. Other than that the maintenance was preformed as stated in a prompt manor.

it was absolutely awful. It was so bad I would NEVER buy an Audi at this dealer.
Worse than poor.
Not only was it a 5 hour wait to be told I needed a new passenger side outdoor mirror, which is why I made the appointment, it was not fixed.
A long a list of how awful it was, without even mentioning that there was a fee to use your credit card. I coul dhave easily written a check or paid cash.

The service representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. It was hassle free, as it should be. I have been bring my Audis to Great Neck Audi for years (formerly Biener Audi) and I do notice the scaling down of amenities in the customer's lounge. In the past, there were coffee and snacks. In my last visit, it was just coffee.

This dealership has gone way downhill with new ownership. Service department is completely mismanaged, if managed at all. I will be looking for another local dealer for either Mercedes or BMW for my next car. Very disapointing after a 20+ year relationship with what was Biener Audi. Great Neck Audi and its Canadian owners have destroyed this dealership.

I asked them to check out why the car keeps burning oil and I spent thousands to fix it, and a few weeks later the car is running low on oil again.
Also, they quoted me **$450** to replace two sun visor clips. I declined, and then found the pair of them for $9 on Amazon and it took me less than two minutes to replace them myself. I suspect the rest of the bill was just as much of a rip-off.
