As Gainesville isn't exactly next door to Beverly Hills the availability of your picking up my car for service ,and dropping off a loaner is an amazing courtesy.It is,however, consistent with the amazing service Gainesville Audi has provided from day one starting with Tom Rabe in sales,and your service folks maintaining and communicating the car's service work done.
