The service department is very efficient. I am satisfied with the service. So far the car seems to be performing without any issues. However, I was disappointed the service team did not keep (or tell me) the material that punctured my tire after I requested it. My condo association recently got new roofs and the roofing company promised to reimburse any owner for a punctured tire if we produced the nail.

Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I was advised to get the tires rotated and on the way home from the dealership, the tire pressure alert went off. After pulling over and calling the Service Dept. it was suggested I should have the tire pressure checked. Hmmm ..... shouldn't that have been done when the tires were rotated? After a few days it seems to be ok and hopefully will not become an issue.

Back up camera intermittently works. Paid for a diagnosis and was told the camera was defective. Cost $1,960 to replace. Decided to replace myself. Bought a new camera and installed myself. Same exact problem exists so it isn't the camera.
