Experience was annoyingly pleasant. St. Charles Audi dealership discovered a problem that was originally taken care of a month prior, at another Audi location. Now that I have the receipt, & diagnosis from St.Charles, I can go back to the other location, & request them to redo the job. Next time, I'll start with St.Charles Audi dealership.

Left my wife waiting in the lobby for 2 hours after vehicle was ready for pickup. Never called or texted to let he know. This was for an oil change that cost $220. Customer service is dead and the cost for car maintenance is through the roof at dealerships. Robbery.

"I'm very sorry. We're normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we did not provide that on this visit. Justin your advisor sent a text messgae to your wife stating the car was being washed and since your wife left the building to go out for breakfast Justin thought he did inform her to let him know once she returned. Again we apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.
