I am never going back to Audi Dealership in San Antonio. My next car definitely will not be an Audi. The person who was in charge of my car was giving me my car back after holding it for a week (using Uber all this time) after telling me every day that it will be done tomorrow because they had computer system issues. The car was not repaired, yet it was not drivable, not to mention dangerous to drive (it would catch on fire). I kept insisting on seeing a manager, and he kept telling it was impossible. Eventually, I was given a rental to drive to Houston (was going out of the country for a month), but I had to pay for my own on the way back. There were too many other things to list
