The charge was explained as well as update on all safety checks of the car. Robert at front desk checked me in immediately when I arrived and kept me informed of the progress also. Not feeling it for this Audi service center. I had a bad wheel bearing, should have been fixed under warranty, but since I had hit a deer they wouldn't fix the car. They said the dear was the cause of the problem, it was a fender and door, very superficial damage. For changing the bearings it would cost 3600.00! I was charged 245.00 for the diagnostic work. So not a great outcome.

I was updated by text of car progress. John did a video and explanation of the services he did. Big Red introduced himself from sales. The car was shiny clean like new on time.
