I brought my car to the dealer for a software recall. While it was there, they performed the typical multipoint inspection of the car and commented on the exceptional status of the car. They reminded me of my next oil change service that comes due in 3 months. They took car of me!

The service department is thorough and Rubin spent time updating a Bluetooth connection software update and resolved one of those annoying squeaks/rattles that popped up out of nowhere. Performed my regular service at a very reasonable price and delivered my car shiny clean. I also received a video of their complimentary safety inspection, will continue with Calabasas Audi service as long as I own my Q3.

Three things I didn't like. I asked for the clock to be changed to set back 1 hour. The tires could have used spray to shine the black tires. They were all scrapped. On the drivers door inside there were scraps from the seat belts. Other that that the service was excellent.

I was scheduled to collect the car in two days. Upon arriving to pick it up, my service advisor was unfortunately unavailable for a few days. I attempted to inquire with another individual, but they seemed displeased and responded rather rudely. Furthermore, the car required additional time for completion, a detail I had not been previously informed of. The entire experience proved to be quite unsatisfactory.
