Worst experience ever. They never answer the service phone line. I brought my car with 4 distinct issues and it was returned with all 4 issues unaddressed and still present. They will lie to you about working on your car and driving it. I can see that my car was only started once in the 9 days that it had been there. Dishonest business dealings and incompetent technicians.

What I liked is that service didn't take long, but when I got the vehicle back my check engine light came on. I love when I called back and spoke about it. I had to turn around and bring the vehicle back it was that the tech didn't tighten the oil cap all the way on.

I took my vehicle in because it stopped giving the miles on a full charge like used. I think is started when the cord was switched out due to some factory recall. They told me it was fine and it is not. A full charge went from 200 miles to 150 miles overnight. Something is not right.

I had a loaner car, but the man doesn't show up til 8 so you have to wait quite awhile to get your loaner because it's backed up with everyone (waiting for their loaner)! They need to visit Lexus down the road. You are immediately processed for your loaner. Much more professional.
