They are very detailed with how they explain things to you and make sure you understand what's going on with your car. They don't do any shortcuts to get the job done, they actually take their time, do it the correct way and they even say we're doing this the correct way so that you don't have to come back for this same problem in the future. Dawn helped me tremendously. She helped me avoid an expensive service I didn't need and informs me of a manufacturer recall for my issue I wasn't aware of. Trey was also very helpful in checking my car and making sure it was safe to drive until I can get the issue corrected by Hyundai. I finally found a place to take my baby to have any work done on it. Keep it purring like a kitten. They are treat it like there own car. Also i can trust there honesty , if something they find i need to have replaced or just be aware that it 's almost time to have work done. Been to many places to have service done and didn't get the service & care like here . I'm so glad i found them.

They listened to what we wanted and asked about concerns. We asked for a diagnostic as well as an oil change and tire rotation. A few things were detected and explained to us (even showed us photos). These were taken care of in a timely manner and at a most reasonable price. All personnel we saw were very courteous. Our go to place.

Quick and to point. One idea, though: I actually liked how, after last year's inspection, I received a report with service recommendations. Perhaps in the future you could offer a report -- an even more comprehensive one -- as a premium optional add-on to the annual inspection. Because I believe there are others like me who'd sometimes be willing to pay extra for that, you know, depending on frequency and of course current finances.

The service at Atlantic Tire was friendly, prompt and competent. They replaced (bummer) my almost new tire because of a crummy nail protruding from the side of the tire. Same day, fair price. They were great! I walked into a full waiting room, unscheduled, with a slow leaking tire. They were friendly and helpful but said it could be 2-3 hours wait. Left the car and asked for a call when complete. 2 hours later I got the call and for a very reasonable price was on my way.
