Long wait time constantly changing price told me "we can sell the car for more at an auction " over all not the best experience plus. Detail was not done well the first time and I had to go back and get it redetailed. Tires were warn down heavily and the rear wiper was broken and they said they'd fix it but never did so had to buy one my self. No second key ether!

Roger greeted me immediately and took care of the signing in procedure quickly. I was given a loaner as my vehicle was in to have a hitch package installed so it would be a few hours. Loaner was basically the same new car (2025 Telluride) that we just purchased so it was easy to take to work and back.

I find Atlantic Kia to be fair and reasonable. I don't feel like they just see dollars when you walk in. At my previous dealership on LI every interaction felt like a shake down to get as much money as they can from you. Atlantic feels better than that

My car was checked, and Jim was correct that the noise I heard was from the brakes that needed to be replaced, which I had done.
