I told he what needed to be done, the service; the recall and the vehicle inspection. I was told this all would be addressed and the approximate time for completion. The vehicle was ready and presented to me after a complimentary car wash, total satisfaction.

I brought in my car on 3/23/26 because the dashboard said that there was low air pressure in my front passengers side tire. They said that they found a nail and will remove it, along with changing the oil and rotating the tires. On 3/24/26, the dashboard said that now there was low air pressure in my rear driver's side tire. They did not resolve my problem. All they did was rotate the tires and who even knows of they changed my oil.

They sold me a 2013 toyota prius v without a catalyc converter and with a valic ny inspection i dont know how they pass a ny inspection on a car without a catalyc convertor and also a paid and did get my payment receipt and papperwork only the plates and delivered the car like that. Call then never get back from them.

They did great warranty repair work and was satisfied with the result. But the communication and transparency throughout the process was awful. It's evident this service center is over capacity and likely prioritizes quicker jobs, leaving more complex ones to sit. This disproportionately impacts customers whose vehicles need more attention.

The staff and in particular the service supervisor Jan was professional and courteous. I had my car towed in late in the evening. It took about 4 days to get the car repaired since they had to order the sensor that had to be replaced. The dealership did not have a loaner car for me which was a significant inconvenience. So I was without transportation for about 6 days since I was unable to get to the dealership over the weekend.

Oil light start coming on on my 2018 Hyundai sonata. Hyundai wanted me to obtain 8 years of oil changes for my car that is covered for 10 years power train warranty. I was able to get a whole year of oil changes but Hyundai denied to fix my car because they believed it was negligence on my part. Last time I buy a Hyundai ever again.

Check in was easy and everyone was very accommodating. The wait room area was very nice and clean. I liked that they had coffee or water and snacks if you wanted while you waited. I gave 4 stars because I had to wait almost 2 hrs for an oil change. I know I had people ahead of me but that's too long for an oil change. But overall a nice experience.
