Atlantic Coast Honda has the most reliable service center of any dealership in Jacksonville. Since purchasing my 2016 Honda Accord I've only had my car serviced at Atlantic Coast/Duval Honda. My car is still running the same as the day I bought it with over 200K miles!

I had scheduled an appointment to get a oil change at 8:30AM. The service was fast as I was in and out at in an hour and a half, the service advisor Kristie even applied my coupon for the $39.95 oil change and filter. Kristie is super friendly and she made sure that I was comfortable during my wait for my car to be serviced.

I bring my vehicle to Atlantic Coast Honda for all my service needs on my vehicle because I can trust them and they keep me up-to-date and let me know what is wrong with my vehicle when I bring it in for service. I work with the service advisor. His name is Sal. He has been my service advisor for many years and a really great guy and he is highly recommended. If you need service on your vehicle go see Sal at Atlantic Coast Honda.

Car was taken there for issues with remote start and keyless access. It takes at least three attempts for the remote start to work. And even after resetting the head unit to factory settings, the keyless access doesn't beep upon unlock. Was told it is operating as intended. It used to work and now it doesn't. I don't understand how that's "as intended." Have never had a good experience at this location.

The technicians kept giving progress and let me know what needed to be done and what can wait. I enjoyed a cup of coffee, but a danish would've been nice to go with it, lol. Seriously, I haven't had any bad experiences with the service team that they didn't make right. Yes, I would recommend a friend get their Honda serviced there.

Excellent service. I dropped my car off the night before & it was ready the next morning. I received a text when service started, about what additional service was needed if any (this time nothing additional), and when my car was ready to be picked up. I had a customer care representative assigned to my who was polite & attentive. I will definitely bring my car back here again.

This is my first time at Honda cassat. Service is ok. Purchased 2 new tires. My record keep showing up under my brother. My brother keep getting messages and texts. Hold break was left on. Missing valve cover on tire. I came back again due to flat tire. Waited outside for 30 min. No one in line except me.

I arrived a bit early, but they didn't complain. Service advisor was available right away. Explained what to expect and answered all my questions with no hesitation. Completed the work in a little over an hour and got me out of there. New ownership has improved the maintenance experience. I'll be back.

Made an appointment for a transmission fluid and oil change. Matthew was very friendly and helpful. I even met Kylie who works for a glass company. I quit going to Pep Boys six years ago when I had a 2019 Honda Civic. I brought my Civic to Atlantic (Duval) Coast Honda for maintenance. I was so impressed with the overall diagnostic and the precision of service my car needed, and the costs. I decided to never take my Honda anywhere else. I've been a customer ever since 2019, and I don't plan on going to any other auto repair shop. Period

No loaner cars, nor shuttle for basic services. Oil change/inspection etcI was told the service would take ~1-1.5hrs.however, it was well over 2hrs. Also, they didn't vacuum car which is part of the service package. Service rep was niceand did offer me to come back for the vacuuming.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was done quickly and I'm not sure if the tire rotation was completed or not. The cabin air filter was removed for inspection and replaced, but the passenger seat was left in the full recline position. It should have been placed in the same position it was in when the car came in for servicing. Also my dashcam was unpluged, why, that had nothing to do with the servicing.

Paul and staff were really sweet. I was there with my 2 month old baby and they were constantly checking on me and the others in the waiting area to ensure we were comfortable. So easy to talk to and were serviced fairly. I appreciate the attention we were given and the car wash and vacuum they gave us! I recommend getting serviced here!

Service was wonderful. Service adviser was amazing, kind and kept me informed about my service. She sat with me and even discussed in depth future tire options and gave me quotes. Service took 3 hours for an oil change. Tire rotation and full alignment. Plus them checking other components.

The experience here is always great, glad to have Sal back, he is amazing! Just a little disappointed that you no longer offer shuttle service. We purchased a '26 Passport from Coggin and thinking about changing our service location due to not having the flexibility of being able to drop off and get a ride to work vs remaining with the vehicle or trying to find transportation.
