The service advisor came to me and advised several services should be performed. Two were never competed. I found out after completed no one asked. One they have no idea why. The other they claim is now not under warranty after they said it was. But never said a word. Dealership manager is RUDE! Go elsewhere something that was supposed to be done in 1.5 hours took 3.5 and 2 services never done. Don't waste your time here!

I should have been made aware of the fact that I would have to wait 3 hours with an 8:30 am appointment. I made it a point to ask an approximate waiting time so I would make arrangements for someone to take me. It is inexcusable customers should be told even with an appointment you might have to wait. I would than understand. I had another appointment, and I missed it because I was told I wouldn't be that long.

Everything was great. The only thing i wasn't happy with is when I came to pick up the vehicle. I signed the paperwork, they gave me the keys and told me car was in the back lot. I went back to lot and looked & looked all over was even hitting the alarm button. Finally someone from garage saw me wandering around and helped me. He took the keys and got the car for me.
