The "service" was the guy came and threw two huge boxes of all-weather mats in my trunk. I had to ask him to open them so that I didn't have to dispose of the large boxes myself. Then he walked away and I had to figure out what pieces went together and install the carpets myself. Yes it was easy, but absolutely terrible service. Other services listed that never happened. Would not recommend, bring your car somewhere else.

The service was horrible they didn't fix my car I was told it was in a accident they ran a carfax and it wasn't that's when they apologized. Than they told me to take it to the dealer that i purchased it from. I've brought at least 6 cars from these guys I will never purchased another vehicle from them. General Motors has gotten involved with my issues, and they recommended King O'rourke.
