I had a poor experience with the finance manager. I had prearranged financing for more than the amount for the vehicle I was interested in buying. Got to the lot and the finance manager would not sell me the vehicle. Instead offered me something I was not interested. Also, wanted me to put down 1/3 of the purchase price.
