All good except for their bank not telling dealer for 24 hours that my wire money to pay for the car was in. For that time it was unclear to me and the dealer where transfer was. That's careless banking not a dealer issue. Friendly and helpful but not pushy nor they try hard to pad the sale with "extras". One of my better experiences with a car dealer. FYI it was a 2021 Highlander.

Honest and professional. They got approval from my service contract provider before doing any thing, to find out what was covered. They also rightly declined to perform a tire rotation on my worn tires, and provided me a list of tire dealers because they did not have the recommended replacement tires in stock.

Went in for oil change and wanted them to look at exhaust. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn't receive any information about my oil change and inspection. Plus they didn't reset the oil life counter which has always been done in the past. All they did was tell me about the expensive repair needed. A little disappointed this time.
