It was a very hot stretch and my ac stopped working! Tim made sure to get my car in within a couple of days and they went through it and made sure that the ac was ice cold when I picked it up at the end of the day. Great job by their techs and always a pleasure to call them.

Went in for inspection knowing brakes were at least low. Matt was very honest to let me know how bad my rear brakes were (which didnt surprise me, 2nd time in 6.5 yrs my 2014 gr caravan has eaten rear rotors without so much as a squeak or grind...scary if you think about it). Online service record lists brakes and rotors, but also got calipers. Great turn around time! Will be back at some point soon to get the front brakes, etc.

I trust them like family. They know what theyre doing and only do what needs to be done. That said, they will give honest and thorough feedback about the vehicle. My last repair...one I thought might possibly be an expensive one...because-what do I know? It ended up being a moving part that was loose...quick fix, less than $40. Does your dealership mechanic do that?
