Tim was our service representative and he was excellent! Friendly and professional. We took our 2012 Cadillac SRX in for what we thought was a cracked radiator ( as told to us by another service representative at another shop). Tim had the techs do a pressure test and coolant service and found no problems at all...saved us a huge bill too!

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Arroyo Grande Chevrolet.
I've had so many bad experiences buying cars from traditional dealerships over the years that I usually just buy from CarMax to avoid the pressure and games. I was actually planning to buy a similar 2024 Mazda CX-5 from CarMax in Oxnard, but that would have meant a four-hour round trip.
Instead, I decided to check out AG Chevrolet right by my house, and I'm glad I did. Sal was fantastic from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure, which I really appreciated. They matched CarMax's $26,000 offer for my 4Runner and gave me an even better deal on their Mazda. Their CX-5 had fewer miles and was $1,000 less than the one I was planning to buy from CarMax.
Rico helped me with financing and the paperwork. I came in with a pre-approval from my credit union and fully expected to use it, but they were actually able to beat my credit union's interest rate. I honestly couldn't believe it. What really stood out was that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary add-ons. Such a relief. I chose GAP insurance, and that was it. No games or nonsense.
From the test drive through signing the paperwork, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Communication was excellent throughout the entire transaction and even afterward when they installed a front license plate bracket for me.
10/10 experience all around. Arroyo Grande Chevrolet saved me a four-hour trip to Oxnard, gave me a better deal on my trade-in, a better car with fewer miles, a lower purchase price, and even a better financing rate than my credit union. I genuinely didn't expect a dealership experience to go this smoothly. Huge thanks to Sal, Rico, and the entire team!
