Knowledgeable, caring for your automobile. There were delays in getting OEM parts from the Porsche manufacturer in Germany. Time expectations set by the service were manageable, then the holidays happened. Communication by the service team is great. Technician seemed to love working on my truck.

Upfront with the cost and explanation as to why. Car actually drives a little better, I noticed.
Communication could've been better as to when it would be ready after I talked with someone and was supposed to get call back. Had to call a second time. Was told he had left me a message, but I never got it. No biggee.
