I would give it a zero but not an option. They had my car for 1 1/2 weeks. Put a new battery in ( which was never authorized). The battery I had wasnt very old and I had free replacement. Said it was a HUGE wiring problem that would cost about $2500. Got it out of there and took the my real mechanic, it ended up being a fuel issue, which is what I said all along. My mechanic didnt charge me. Arrow $363.00 for actually not doing anything!
