They damaged the paint on my truck and gauged the door panel during the replacement of my mirror motor, which was also missing the necessary hardware to secure it. They agreed to pay for the damages but I do not trust bringing it back to them.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied because the visit that was supposed to be an oil change turned into a change of 4 tires that were unnecessary because they were in good condition and the 2022 Jeep had 17 thousand miles. I was not informed of the cost and the bill that arrived shocked me. Several services were charged without a prior quote. I do not recommend Arrigo Margate's services. They don't even do a car wash.

Car was brought in after making an appointment. Stood outside all day with no work being done at all. Had to come back to pick it up in the evening (dropped off at 07:30 AM). I even didn't get a call so I had to call them to inquire. I had to bring it another time and making another appointment. Absolute waste of my day. If you can't have technicians working on a car that has an appointment then don't accept appointments.

The wait was 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Jeep gladiator.
What was the worst part of it all was that I was quoted 30-45 minutes in the beginning which is what helped me decide if I was going to stay and wait.
Very unprofessional staff overall. I hope they improve in the near future.

Going to Arrigo in Margate is great. It a very clean and nicely kept waiting area. The customer service reps are very informative and polite. They truly hold to their word of the time of completion so your not wasting your entire day. I will only go to Arrigo in Margate for my vehicles needs.

The worse ever. If you guys want your cars destroyed then go to Arrigo and have them serviced. I had more than one car messed up by them. I will never go back there again if they pay me for it not me to pay for the service. I will go JiftyLube before I go back to them. That bad of en experience I had.
