I'm a little irritated. I brought my own cabin filter to be replaced and was charged $29. It takes less than 5 mins to replace it. I have done it many times before, I just don't have my own tools or I would have done it. I feel very taken advantage of.

Took 3 hours to get an oil change/inspection and I was the first car in line for service when the shop opened. So much wasted time in the shop and work flow could 1000x be more efficient in the shop if the mechanics stayed off phones. I was really disappointed this time, all my other experiences were amazing.

Took my car in for 4 new tires, dropped it off they called me told me I needed breaks too and I told them no and then went to pick it up when it was "ready" and my old tires were still on the car. After paying more than what they quoted me initially I still had the same tires on. They mixed me up with another car and I had to wait another hour and a half for them to put my tires on.

I didn't get her name, but the Service Coordinator at the check in desk was excellent. I came in for a flat tire service and she checked with the service manager to see if the tire could be repaired at no cost instead of replaced. The tire was reparable, so I saved time and money. Everyone was super helpful.

the wors.t so many guys walking around doing nothing. I waited for an hr and a half. wanted tires rotated, didn't happen. no one knew what they were doing. people were driving into the opposite bay and being worked on without waiting in line. A total circus.. I'll never come back!

Went to get a flat tire fixed. The service was good and timely. But what are the odds that the tyre had a new flat again driving a mile back home, that too in the same tyre?? The tyre then was damaged and had to get a new one. They refused to take the blame and I had to spend $150 to get a new tyre from them. Won't go again.

I would not recommend Arlington tire as they screwed me over when I came in for repairs I've given them two days to get repairs done they called me that my car is ready and when I paid and was ready to leave my car wouldn't start they didn't even do the work I asked for and still charged me for it I've asked for a refund many times but I've been getting ignored I will never come back here
