The service was expected to take anywhere from 30 minutes to four hours. It ended up taking one hour. Dropping off vehicle was timely and received updates via text. Additional inspections were included during the software recall update that I had not expected.

No loaner cars. We would have purchased somewhere else had we been alert enough to ask if they had them. Also, trying to call this service department is impossible. You will not get an answer or a call back. You have to call sales and they will 'personally hand them a message' (because sales is staffed) and then you won't get a call back. Worst service department we've experienced.

No respect for "appointment ". Waited almost two hours before car was serviced. Tire rotation did not include air pressure check! Service charge was overpriced before customer was able to find a coupon that should have been offered in the first place. Waiting room is below standard with constant traffic, cold air and noise. Surcharge for credit cards! Go elsewhere.

There were mice droppings found in my cabin filter. I didn't have them replaced it because I went straight to advanced auto parts and replaced it myself however, when I opened the area where the cabin filter was, the filter was shoved into that area in a ball super disappointing.

I took it in for powersteering leak, right mirror turn signal, and my latch on the back hatch door won't lock . Powersteering down, right mirror down. My hatch they put a new lock mechanism and it doesn't work. They want me ti bring it back in. I'm not going to, they assumed it was the lock mechanism they didn't check if a sensor was out they just charged me 900.00 for the part alone. Arapahoe Kia will rip you off

Fast, friendly service. It was the last of my pre-paid maintenance services. Six years completed of good service. Wait area is always clean, pleanty of seating, refreshments, tv, and Internet available. Arapahoe Kia will remain my designated service provider.

I have always taken my Kia to this dealership for maintenance after I purchased it in 2016. The service department does a 32 point check every time I come in for an oil change and tire rotation and advise when its time to do standard maintenance on a system or when it is time to change a filter, etc. I have no complaints and highly recommend this KIA service department.

Despite my vehicle having an obvious problembattery drains when it is parked for 3+ daysI was told that after testing, there was no problem. That with advanced car systems, this is expected. Rather than be told they hadn't yet found the problem, I was gaslit to say there was no issue. It was unacceptable.

Cliff is a rockstar. I had an emergency where I immediately needed my car while it was in service. I was able to get to Cliff and when I Ubered to the serviced department, Cliff had pulled my Kia out of service and had it waiting for me front and center. All is now well! Horrible service! Started with many unsuccessful AI assistant and self service attempts to schedule service with no available appointments. Once scheduled, received first time complimentary service email and coupon that service department refused to honor. Mechanical concerns dismissed.

You, I would not tell me what I needed for service records to replace my engine, and then you had my car towed to a tow yard, where I ended up accruing, another twelve hundred dollars in fees. I would never recommend kia for services! What a disappointment.

They didn't fix anything requested over 2 days. Don't think they checked anything. Door handles were grinding and said it wasn't covered. Wanted $1000 to just grease them. Took it to Foundation and replaced the handle rods UNDER WARRANTY! Will not go back after these two horrendous days as well as a previous visit where it took 6 hours to figure out how to do an alignment.

My air conditioner wasn't working properly. Waited 2 1/2 hours for it to be fixed. I got half way home and realized it wasn't working any better than when I went in and was charged $400. Went back and they took the car to check it and then came back and said it needed free on and that the machine was down and they would call me when available and that it could cost upwards of $300 to fill. No call as of today

The diagnostic equipment that was needed to diagnose my car problem was broken. I was not informed of the issue when I dropped my car off. They kept my car for two days, hoping the new part for the equipment would come. I was only informed after I made inquiry as to why nothing was done. They were not able to offer a loaner secondary to Kia policy. The staffs were very friendly, but nothing beyond that.

Customer service was good! Losing my car keys after the work was completed not so much! They had to cut me a new key which I appreciated so I could hey home. Keys were finally located more than a day later but no reason was given what happened. Hoping the work that was done was done right!

They were prompt with getting me in. The service was performed in a timely manner. They resolved an annoying creaking sound from the back of the car. But they failed to include in the report that a plastic guard fell of the left rear lower control arm saying it wasn't needed. I asked the rep. to include it in the report anyway for warranty purposes but he didn't.

All the staff are great. Service is organized. The girl who set up my apt said they would need my car for several hours and I needed to leave it for the day. Ok. Got a Lyft ride home. Vehicle done in 45 min. Could have easily waited.
