I continuously get great service from Apple Sport Ford. The service people are personable, friendly and thorough. I believe they are truly trying to take great care of their customers and I do not feel like I am getting nickel and dimed like I do at other Ford dealerships.

Randy is always helpful and knowledgeable. I thought my fuel pump was going bad so I took it in. They checked it and said it was only the fuel filters,which saved me a lot of money.

Service was superior. Mr. Colt Ferda patiently explained the process and the results of my service check-up. All the employees are friendly and kind. The building is spotless! There is a beautiful waiting area where you can watch the service technicians working on your vehicle. We are new to Apple Sport Ford. We will definitely be returning!

Vehicle was brought in for oil change with no other issues not lights showing on, once my vehicle was complete and brought back I noticed the check engine light was on. My vehicle was scanned for problems and was told it could be a sensor or something. I had the truck look at else where and it was noticed that the oil cap was sitting on the front of the engine and not put back on in its proper place.. They should have detected that and did a thorough check once finished with my service.
