They ripped me off for an air intake hose replacement. I was charged $450 for a 30 minutes work. What is the rationale behind this pricing? Oem parts is about $100. My only answer is that they charge over $600 per hour where their labor costs look unrealistic.

Call for an appointment and they told me to bring it right down. The lights on the dashboard were all on and if I went over a certain speed, it would be bucking, they did a diagnostic test and found the problem and fixed it , I was able to pick up my car the next day.

They just want your money.
I took my car to this place yesterday (07/06/2023) for an oil change. They told me that I needed to replace my front brake pads and gave a quote for almost 400 dollars (front only) and same price for the rear ones. Today (07/07/2023) I took my car to my local car shop and they told me that the brake pads have 80% left. I replaced them last year. The replaced my rear pads for 139 dollars.

As usual I went for an oil change and they want to do $4,300 worth of additional maintenance.
There is no way, unless your car is at most 1 year old, that Honda will not try to rob you.
Been that way since 1995 that I know of. Too bad I like Hondas.
If anyone doubts me, give it a try for oil change now at $79 and see what they bang you for.

The oil change in the car wash met expectations, but the information provided about extra necessary services is misleading. They say one thing in person and then when you confront them, they say that thats incorrect. Yet they dont show you the paperwork till after you sign for it.
