My windshield in my van had been replaced by a local glass shop. 14 months later the rubber seal across the top started flopping while I was driving. I went to the glass shop to get it repaired but they had closed. My insurance company sent me to Apple Glass and they repaired it. They did a nice job and cleaned up the mess the previous installer had made.

Th valet service is so helpful. They picked my car up at my job and delivered it back with 4 shiny new tires! I mainly worked with Jeff and he was really great, informative, and helpful. I appreciate the entire crew down there, I haven't had a negative experience in the 3 years I have worked with them.

Brought my truck in because I had a check engine light. But, it had self cleared before my appointment. Was recommended by them to not waste the money on the diagnosis, but instead reschedule if it comes back on. They said without the check engine light, it was unlikely they would find the problem. I like that they were honest about that. Makes me trust them even more.

Scheduling is difficult. We had issues the last time we had this vehicle to Apple Valley Ford and they told us to remedy the poor service we could have a complimentary oil change. We had to remind them. They should have been thanking us for returning back.

They did a good job. However, we just left for AZ and I opened the glove compartment and could not close it. Something was caught behind. After finally getting my hand back there, it was the cover for the cab filter. Unfortunately I hope nothing happens to the cab filter as we will not be back in MN until Arpil.

Was there as " walk in " at 7am and they got me in and out with oil changed, tires rotated, and their all around digital video inspection downloaded to my phone for review. All good! Apple Valley Ford is now charging $2.99 for a "Document Storage Fee". This new fee is intended to help them store my service repair document long term. When you add the credit card fee and the shop supplies fee, these all add up to increase the cost of service by more than 10%. This is unacceptable.

The oil change was done on time! I wished they were fully staffed three lanes were closed you could do more business if you staffed properly. I was surprised by the price and may consider doing this myself in the future, I could do all the work for 40% of what you charge. I would need to see more value to spend this much money.
