service. At that time they did not have the required spark plugs.
Supposedly they were on back order. This was the end of July
I was promished a call when they were in. That did not happen.I called them about thecplugs and they had arrived. This was the end of Sep.So my service was finally completed Sept 30.

Do not take your car here unless you're 200mi from another dealer. This is by far the worst service department in all of North America and likely South America too. If there was less than 1 star available I would give it. They can change oil that's about it. Fitzgerald VW in Annapolis is one of the best service centers in the mid Atlantic. Take your business there and don't get screwed by chuck.

The moment I called to make an appointment for my 30K which was a last minute decision they had fit me in right away.
The ladies were super polite and answered all my questions and called in a few hours when my car was ready for pick up. This is a great place to bring your car for repair or just whatever you need done from an oil change to just getting a windshield wiper replaced. Thank you!

When I started the Car the engine light was on, why would that happen, this car has been taken care of and is only 2 years old.

I brought my car in with a warm ac they recharged it and added a dye so that if there was a leak theyd be able to find it. Picked it up at 5p drove to NC warm all the way. Upon my return made another Appt. It took three days to determine a new compressor was needed. I find it hard to believe that 3 days were needed.

Antwerpen VW tried to overcharge me for a service. I took my vehicle to another shop and saved $680. Additionally, they told me it would be $150 for diagnostics but I ended up paying $180 with no explanation. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their vehicle there for diagnostic/service.

On the day of the appointment, the Service Dept. called me to confirm everything and quoted a higher price. Antwerpen Volkswagen on Ritchie Hwy put the Wrong mileage on my car and now its on my Carfax And that lowers the value of the car a lot!! They put that I have over 70,000 miles on my car and I only have 48,005 miles on it! Check your records wig go here cause they Will put false information which will bring the. Slur of your car down

They did a good job. The body work itself looks good. Only issue (if you can even call it that, really!) is that they are a bit slow in communicating back to you on status. But since they were swamped with a ton of other vehicles and the parts were very backordered, I honestly can't fault them for that! They had to choose to spend their time doing the work than calling me to update me on delays. :)

I was told when I bought the car that I would have 2 years of free maintenance IE oil changes and washing. My 1st oil change cost me over 100.00. Basically I was lied to just to get the sale. Love the car just don't like being lied to. The statement about the free maintenance was heard by both my mother and father which were with me since it was my first time buying a car.
