They went according to the mileage and said I needed things and did not check to see if I really needed it. I was told my belt was worn and needed to be replaced. The belt was replaced two weeks prior and was purchased from the dealership. Do they actually do the inspections? Doesn't sound like it.

My car had to stay at the shop over night for a issue that it was having. The dealer would not give me a loaner even though I have had several loaners from them before and it hasnt never been a problem before. The receptionist kept trying to tell me that I had only been there once which was also wrong but that had nothing to do with the situation and she just kept on saying it.
