Buyer beware - they're going to promise you included extras, then make you negotiate for them again so you feel like you won, try to sneak in overpriced warranties without telling you, then dropping all of the extras again and make you start all over again in finance. Classic example of why everyone distrusts car salesmen!

My service to date has been excellent. With this recent service there was a problem. When I asked the service writer about the issue, he immediately acknowledged the mistake and quickly had it fixed. Yes, I will still be bringing my vehicle to toyota for service because no one is perfect and in the end, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

My car had Auto Buttler. I was they did Auto buttler but the paint still had the stain then flew on it coiple days ago. Seems like it was not done or even washed . The stain dry on the paint should had come out if it was washed or auto buttler was done.

Always a Good experience! The Service writers are some of the Best in the Industry.I have known Eddie Hidalgo as my service writer for almost 20 years. I have also bought a few cars there also. Another good thing is they Hire a lot of young kids in the service dept,which also gives them an opportunity to move up after getting the experience.

I booked a service with the Nissan dealer but when i arrived(early) for the appt, they told me to go next door to the Toyota dealer. They took good care of me there. But nobody had told me of the in-process closure of the Nissan dealership, next door, and same owner. By the time I drove out of the Toyota dealership, I saw the Nissan signs had been taped over.

It was the first 5k miles service. So just check and top off fluids with tire rotation. I guess they don't check tire pressure. On my way home noticed a Tpsm alert of a tire being low. I called back service dept. They said the tech must of missed it,really!!
