My experience was the worse. Got diagnosed, which saying it was a Fuse, then turned out to me Misdiagnosed. After I took it back, then and picked it up, radio wasn't working, but they refused to address it, saying they never touched the radio. Ended up taking it to an audio place, and they Amp was unplugged!

The people they are very friendly. They kept me informed about my repairs on my van. They called me and explained in detail what was going on with my van. How much it would cost. My Rav4 suddenly displayed a check engine light and other yellow check lights. I suspected squirrels had infiltrated somewhere and chewed wires. I made an appointment with Andys Electric. They found the issue in a very reasonable time, and I was able to retrieve the car before noon. Auto repair is very pricey these days and Andy's is no exception. They are reliable and honest and that make's sit worth it.

Technician abused my SUV causing the telematics system to send warnings to my phone. It registered 12 harsh cornerings, 9 fast accelerations, and 9 harsh braking warnings while at Andy's for a service that didn't require a test drive! The technician left my vehicle running outside of a townhouse at 1120 Chatham Lane; Chesapeake. I left a message for the owner to call me, but my call was never returned. Never again!

Andy Auto Electric was a great place to have my SRX serviced. They gave me a detailed estimate suggestion for part location, and updated me the progress. If there was any additional concerns they would call and talk to me about it and ask what I would like to do.
