Due to the lack of inventory, and the local dealerships, not being easy to work with we drove from St. Louis to Avon Indiana just to purchase our daughter a new car. Dealership made everything so easy over the phone and when we showed up the deal was exactly as we discussed and was in and out and less than 45 minutes. Despite having to drive 75 miles to this dealership, I will do it anytime I need service, even though I have a dealership about 35 miles away from me. The staff provided a positive customer experience to everyone that I saw while I was in the waiting room. Service department went above and beyond to get my car fixed, and a rental to use. Since service performed on 11/26 the issue has not come back, nearly 400 miles driven since leaving service dept and not one issue. I am so happy you guys found out it had already been diagnosed prior to my owning it.

They performed the service quickly, checked temporary transmission codes and added a free wash to the service. The two things that prevented the 5-star rating was the overfilling the coolant tank and not resetting the service interval. Both items were easily fixed without returning to the dealer.

Both cars we were interested in had major cosmetic defects (multiple permanent stains on all over the seats or cigarette holes on fabric seats/smoke stench) which were not disclosed upfront. We test drove other cars and were close to make a purchase but then they revealed multiple obligatory add-ons bumping the sale price 10-15%. Not worth our time. the sales person however was very passionate and helpful in answering our question up until the point of price negotation.
