Good service but my vehicle mileage was recorded incorrectly on the paperwork. The service took placs when my car's odometer read 191651 but they recorded 191451 in carfax and on the original paperwork.

I liked most everything, but I've had it in 2 times to have the air condition fixed but it still doesn't get cold, that's my biggest concern.

Our experience at Andy Mohr is usually very good, but we went in for our 90,000 mile service of our Prius IV and it took 2.5 hours to accomplish and they missed a plate that was hanging from under the engine, which I had asked be checked. As I say this was an unusual experience as the service is usually complete and timely. Just a bad day for Andy Mohy Toyota Avon I guess.

I just arrived from out of town and needed an oil change. I stopped in to see if I had to make an appointment, and they got me in immediately! It was such a nice surprise and everyone was very nice and professional. I will certainly use this establishment again should a need arise while visiting my daughters.

It was a quick service and did not have to wait too long. Unfortunately my concerns werent addressed. My tired pressure light is on most day of not all unless temperature is over 90F. I was told air would get tipped to prevent it from dropping the following day but i noticed it wasnt the following morning when the low tire pressure light came on. All fluid were supposed to be topped but the windshield wiper fluid is still empty.

I have a skepticism when it comes to dealer service but this was a very positive experience. I had a problem with my truck that I wasn't able to diagnose. The service tech was very pleasant, listened to the information I gave, and in the end, didn't charge me for diagnosis. I will definitely use them again if I have issues I can't resolve on my own.

Express service was advertised but it was not even acceptable, much less express. I arrived at 10:30and requested oil/filter change. Rep said it would take about an hour. Service was not completed until 1:00pm!!! No communication, no explanation, no apologies provided. Even had to wait to drive out of the entry way! You customer service is a joke! I wont be back.

Never a good experience. Couldn't figure out what was wrong even though I had video of the issue. Bad communication: I had called twice throughout the day bc the tracker wasn't updating. Was called 6 mins to close saying it had been ready. Will not be returning. Previously they left me waiting two hours bc they didn't know how to pronounce my husband's name so didn't call out that the car was ready.

Andy Mohr Toyota did not do the inspection that they claim to do. I had a tail light out and they didn't catch that. Exterior lights are on the list of areas of inspection. Also, even though I had an appointment, it took them two and a half hours to change the oil and rotate tires. Their prices are higher than the other dealership where I normally go for service.

They used to offer snacks while you waited for your car to get service now all they offer is coffee and free Internet. The Greenwood back Toyota offers the same stuff even offers a place for you to charge yourself phone or what other devices you have so to me I think we're gonna start scheduling with back Toyota in Greenwood as it is more convenient anyway.

Pleasant people. Charged for diagnostic (3rd Toyota dealership to domso on my trip from MN to VA...) replace two sensors but the lights came back on 30 minutes later on the road. You would have thought three dealerships could have found what the problem was...cost me well over a thousand dollars total at all three places and I still have the problem. Not happy.

The exterior and interior were nice and clean but they did not touch the undercarriage, wheel wells , frame or cross-members,shock towers etc under the hood on this truck. I spent an hour at the carwash and still have to make another trip back to finish. I would say it was half done by whoever detailed it.
