They basically made me take the car that day with no used car inspection being done prior. The tires on this car are no good, had an inspection been done I'm positive they would have been replaced. Also the car is filthy inside. There was absolutely no "detailing" done at all!

I like how courteous and polite everyone was up upon me arriving. Once the salesman heard that I said, I will keep looking. He walked off while I was still talking. They opened the doors when I came in, but there was no one when it was time for me to leave. I guess it was all about making a sale.

I didn't like that my car started to smoke after I left, despite the fact that my paperwork stated that my hoses were good. I looked under the hood and antifreeze was leaking from a hose right in front. Smh

Took my car to the dealer for a service inspection cause I had an oil leak. Paid 160 and they told me it was a broken hose connected to the coolant. I took my car to my Mecanic after buying all the spare parts. The Mecanic realized it was definitely a transmission oil leak. Waste of money and time

Simple oil change resulted in oil on the exhaust manifold, valve cover etc. and when I drove off the entire cab of the truck smell of burnt oil for a few days. I call the service department later to complain. Left detailed message and no one bothered to respond to the call.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the people that work there. They were great, but the vehicle I looked at was terrible. Dry rotted tires, cracked dash, check engine light was on. They guy that checked me in didn't talk much and when he did, he was very short. I could tell he didn't want to be there. Then I was getting ready to leave and my check engine light was on... so I go back in and they pull my car back up and realized they forgot to tighten a hose back.
