It took 7 days for them to get car in the shop. I had no car for 7 days. They told me they could get me in right away. It was nothing more than a serpentine belt and battery; which they fixed in less than 24 hours. 8 days to diagnose and fix something very simple. Communication was poor to nonexistent.

I took my vehicle in to get a leak check on the right front axle seal that Andy Mohr replace in September. The Front right axle seal had a small leak that I found dripping on my garage floor, I was charged $200.00 for a diagnostic check, I thought this was an excessive amount just to check a leak. The vehicle sits overnight, and I could see where it leaks.

We are not able to proceed with a repair based on third-party information or customer assumptions. We must verify the information for ourselves, and that requires a diagnostic fee that the customer needs to agree to before we can move forward. They basically made me take the car that day with no used car inspection being done prior. The tires on this car are no good, had an inspection been done I'm positive they would have been replaced. Also the car is filthy inside. There was absolutely no "detailing" done at all!

I like how courteous and polite everyone was up upon me arriving. Once the salesman heard that I said, I will keep looking. He walked off while I was still talking. They opened the doors when I came in, but there was no one when it was time for me to leave. I guess it was all about making a sale.

Took my car to the dealer for a service inspection cause I had an oil leak. Paid 160 and they told me it was a broken hose connected to the coolant. I took my car to my Mecanic after buying all the spare parts. The Mecanic realized it was definitely a transmission oil leak. Waste of money and time

Simple oil change resulted in oil on the exhaust manifold, valve cover etc. and when I drove off the entire cab of the truck smell of burnt oil for a few days. I call the service department later to complain. Left detailed message and no one bothered to respond to the call.
