I don't even know where to start. They lied to me, they kept financial information out of my packet and would not return to me and they would not make good on what they said they would. I had to contact the attorney general's office to get it taken care of very, very poor Customer Service.

It was a terrible experience. I asked for pictures, because they had none posted. I asked them 3 separate times for pictures. Finally after 4 days they got back to me with no pictures and to tell me that the car had sold. I would never do business with such a disrespectful dealership. What a joke!!!!

The only thing I had done was, have the RT Spoiler S, replaced. They did a great job replacing the part and matching the paint. The entire staff was very courteous and polite. They did write down the wrong mileage, on the paperwork. They put down 109,544. The car actually had 89,544.

Not a hood experience. Brian was nice but both he and his sales mgr lied to me about the Kia not having any warrant left. I gave them several opportunities to tell me. The car was filthy inside and out. They did not work with me on price at all and would not tell me what my interest rate would be. Will not return.

The service was perfect unfortunately I had to wait for three hours to get my car back that was with an appointment. That should reconsider their appointment scheduling. There is no way one has to wait that long for oil change. The sales guy did his best to comfort me and explain the situation but it barely worked
