For the most part experience was excellent except at checkout. I had a $35 savings coupon which I provided to my service representative when I checked in for my service. At checkout, after I used Sunbit to pay for my service, asked if she applied discount. She had not. Said was too late to apply to my bill but would credit my debit card. Did not receive the credit.

The customer service representative was polite and professional. I waited for the service to be completed in a clean comfortable waiting area. I wish they would give you a price sheet on the website so you can budget in advance for the price of services other than the routine.

The only thing I really don't like is that I was there for 2 hours or more for an oil change that I had an appointment for. They did misquote me a price that was too low, but did honor it. So I did appreciate that.

I am new to the area and had to drive 40 minutes to get to the Dealership.

Machine that checked wheel alignment as you drove in is very cool.
Recommended service items they text you don't include cost of shop supplies. That added another $30 to the $90 estimate for an oil change and tire rotation.
Had recall work for anticorrosion and anti-theft during same visit. Because of the high cost, will go elsewhere next time if no recall work needed.

Had oil changed, trunk latch recall work completed and then adjustment to fuel cap release. Still having some issue with the fuel cap not popping open on first try after I tested it the first day. Will watch for another week and may have to take back.

FOR SOME REASON IT WONT LET ME CLICK 1 STAR. They tried to charge $800 for work that didnt need to be done. They claimed that I needed new brake calipers and new brake lines when in reality they were in perfect working order. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Car was listed on Carfax for 9800.00$. Payed what they wanted which was taxes, etc. added up to quite a bit more, like a year more of payments. They are pretty high pressure sales, and use diversion quite a bit. Car is decent but probably won't buy from a dealer again if I can help it.

Was very satisfied until I checked the oil level two days after the oil change. Crankcase dipstick displayed an overfill (my estimate was one quart). Was necessary to return vehicle for oil level adjustment . This was second time that Andy Mohr Kia service has overfilled the oil level. Service manager was apologetic and stated this should not have happened.
