Quick but inspection report and issues didn't match. Inspection report visual showed brakes all green but the actual readings indicated rear were in yellow range. Report did not indicate an alignment issue but the service area dashboard did. If it wasn't so convenient I would go someplace else.

My truck was due for brakes including replacing the front calipers, all four rotors and pads, and flush the brake system fluid. Made the appointment for 10:30 am on a Monday but they had the truck in service until Wednesday afternoon. Not sure if they are short handed on service technicians. I also had to call the dealership for status updates rather than get quick email or text status updates.

Service was fine for oil change and new tires. Giving a 3 or of 5 because I had an 8am appointment and had to wait on it. Didn't get it done until 1:30pm. Should not have to wait that long for an appointment for an oil change and new tires when I stated I had to wait there.

oil change--my 2019 Acidia gmc takes 5 quartz oil---they put 6 quartz in my 4 cyl. car.overfilling it by one quart. in addition the valve stem covers were not replaced--the cover on the windshield container was not replaced.. this was a total failiar for Andy Mohr certified service

I took my SUV in to be serviced for engine issues, and they did not correct the problem, so I complained and told them about the problem not being corrected. So they scheduled me a loaner, which, at that time, I did not want to pay for their mistake, so they fixed the issue, and I did not have to pay for anything

I was new to the area and didn't have a trusted "guy" to service my car. The nasty noise our Enclave was making sounded serious, but was simply the result of a loose bolt. Andy Moth Buick charged only a previously disclosed diagnosis fee when some would have taken the opportunity to sell a big repair job. They have a customer for life!

Having an electrical ground issue. Clock will not keep time, getting odd error messages, and a message to open and close the drivers window. The truck stalled twice. Dealer had it for 3.5 days running tests and test drives and could not find a root cause. I ordered a GM replacement primary battery to frame/engine ground cable and will clean the connections.

Didn't like the customer service I received as an out of state buyer no one really helped me see my deal all the way through almost like it was a burden or like an out of state deal couldn't happen or it was to much work I did love the vehicle and wanted the internet price of 48k out the door but was only contacted back once or maybe twice about financing through them the last guy was good but no follow through

Andrew was good and checkin was good. Problem is that I might have to look at local repair for simple service. My $800.00 to WORK ON the latch on the back hatch on our Enclave? The original bill was much higher but I had to say that I had removed the 30amp fuse to prevent the latch from cycling and killing the battery.

The young man who helped us was a bit rude and dismissive. The two cars we drove but had strange noises and engine lights on that were not disclosed in the ad. When I brought these to the attention of the agent, he dismissed my concerns. We ended up at another dealership that provided exceptional service.
