Vehicle was making an obvious noise on the driver's side every time hit a bump they said it was control arm & replaced. Picked it up & still making noise. Took it to Don's garage & it was the front struts. They replaced now drives fine. The 1 star is because I bought it from Andy Mohr & the agreement was they fix what was causing the noise since it was on them they obviously tried the cheapest route! Not happy at all.

After it was in the shop and the 4 wheel alignment and lower control arms replaced, did you bring it back? I don't see where you came back. Very bad. I bought battery for my car from them goes bad and it is still under warranty . They don't replace it .they said battery is good and they give me another excuse for my car problem . But I put my other car's battery and my problem was resolved.

Great service, thorough and honest. Priced a little higher than I would normally pay, but they know the car very well, and know what services to perform at each milestone (5K, 10K, 15K, 20K, etc). Just did my 40K service and it was pricey, but I got a lot done for my $$$. I would recommend them if you can afford it, but only to keep services performed while the vehicle is under warranty.

Full service synthetic oil change with filter. They also performed all 35K inspections as defined in the owner's manual. Before delivering the vehicle back to me, they washed it. Great service for $89--very competitive price, and done by someone who knows the vehicle.

it was very nice. they were very nice and informative. There was a lounge area with t.v. couches. a snack and soda vending machines. Had a Kurig of you wanted coffee. I think they had Starbucks??? but it was very nice. A charging station for your phone. a window where you can watch them work on your vehicle.... it was very comfortable. it did take a ittle while. but I was very comfortable waiting....

Service called in to have preformed was not addressed. Was told someone had been driving my car and burnt all the tread of my rear tires. I have only had this car for 6 month and put 3000 miles on the car.. Was told I had to bring the car back and leave it. My husband has cancer and I have to work around his treatments and he cant drive. Not pleased at all with my service

Will never step foot on an Andy Mohr lot again. Their "certified cars" shouldn't need $6,000 worth of work after only being driven 5K miles in a few months. Been to two Andy Mohr locations in my life and in both cases, well let's just say, never again!

Their express service is NOT express. Told it would be 1.5 hrs and took 2.5 hrs for an oil change. Only reason I took it there is I have 2 free oil changes and tire rotation because I bought my truck there. Won't be back after the next oil change. On the report they said they rotated the tires. They didn't.

Water was leaking into my Versa Note thru a crack in the body seam around the back hatch. Matt was very nice to work with and was very helpful in dealing with Nissan about the repair. However, I was disappointed in the looks of the repair & all 4 of my floor mats had black smudges on them.

Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon really messed up my truck. Took it in for an oil change and they torn the engine apart saying I need a new engine. I was deceived and lied too by the service representative Lenny. I took the truck to Auto Wise without the engine to have a new one put in. For Avon Andy Mohr say they fixed my heater is absurd. There was no motor when it got towed out of there. Do not get service at this place.
